The Office of Assessment and Institutional Research provides timely and high-quality information that is accessible and useful to Tulane decision makers; facilitates assessment activities of academic and administrative departments to advance student learning and program effectiveness; leads Tulane's accreditation efforts; and satisfies requests from external constituents.

By advancing assessment and improvement initiatives, the Office of Assessment and Institutional Research supports the Office of Academic Affairs in securing the University's enduring excellence in scholarship, art-making, instruction and mentorship, professional service and leadership, and community engagement and assists Tulane University in enriching the capacity of individuals, organizations and communities to think, to learn and to act and lead with integrity and wisdom.
